Each interior design project starts with an initial meeting to understand our clients’ requirements and discuss their expectations. During the meeting, we share ideas, offer suggestions and discuss the time scale and desired budget of our clients for a full comprehension of the project and its goals. After the meeting, a complete brief is sent to our clients along with a proposal.

Concept Design
Creating a scheme to outline the project for discussion.
Based on the initial meeting and brief, we create a concept scheme that outlines the project for discussion. Space planning, furniture layouts, colour schemes, materials, sketches, and finishes are presented to the client for review and revision before moving into the next stage of the design.

Development
Developing a functional and aesthetic design based on our client lifestyle, tastes and needs.
Once the interior concept is approved, we develop every detail of the design with CAD drawings and 3D visuals. Photorealistic images of finished interiors, showing materials and furniture selections, will be provided for a complete understanding of the design and space. We can present different options until the client feels completely satisfied with the design provided.

Technical Drawings
Providing technical support if necessary.
If any aspect of the building and structure needs to be modified with the new design, we collaborate with architects and engineers that can manage every step in order to provide technical drawings and planning approvals.

Contractors and Tradesmen
Recommending professionals to make the design a reality.
We always recommend our contractors and tradesmen to develop the design provided. A quotation for building works is provided to our clients at this stage. We are available to answer any question about the design and to work closely with builders and tradesmen to ensure that the design is understood and not compromised at any stage of the project.

Delivering a list including all items of the design and available discounts.
A product list is presented showing all the items included in the design, alternative options, where to buy them and costs, always within budget. At this stage, we negotiate discounts with vendors to give our clients the best value. Shopping, delivering and installing services are also availabl if required.

Project Management
Working closely with builders to ensure a perfect final result.
We offer project management services to ensure that the design comes to life as expected and to resolve any issue in time. Our manager can attend weekly site meetings to answer all design queries and inspect all works on site.

Styling and Final Touch

As the final part of the design process, we offer styling services to complete the look of your interiors. We work in conjunction with our clients to integrate the perfect accessories and statement pieces to their interiors and make them personal and unique.
